Shipping:

Today we ship to the Continental United States ONLY - we ship our products via FEDEX, UPS or USPS.  We unfortunately do not ship to PO Boxes, APOs, FPOs, or DPOs at this time.  All products ship from the US.

If you're not based in the Continental U.S., but are interested in purchasing any of the products we carry, please contact us at Orders@Petmonger.com - we’ll try our best to work with you.

 

Warranty:

Warranties are at the sole discretion of the manufacturer.  Please contact the product manufacturer for all warranty questions and claims.

 

Returns:

Customer satisfaction is very important to us. Please read the following guidelines before submitting a return. If you need to cancel your order before it ships, please contact us and provide your order number. 

 

“My item is damaged.”

“My item is damaged.”

Please call us within 7 days if the item(s) are damaged in transit or defective. Please keep the item(s), original shipping box, and packing materials. For defective items, please contact us within 30 days. Please do not refuse the package or attempt to return it yourself prior to contacting us. Please have your order number ready when contacting us. Please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) # prior to returning any product. We will not accept any returns without prior return authorization. Please contact our Customer Service Department at returns@PetMonger.com for assistance and reference your order number in your initial email to us.

 

"My item is perishable."

 

Product(s) with (18) months or greater of remaining expiration will be accepted with a 25% restocking fee.  Product(s) with (17) to (14) months of remaining expiration will be accepted with a 50% restocking charge. Please contact us at returns@PetMonger.com for an RMA # prior to returning any product.  Product(s) with less than (14) months or remaining expiration will not be accepted.  Damaged or recalled perishable items will be issued a credit. 


“I no longer want the product I purchased."

Within 30 days after purchase you may request a return. Items must be in their original condition including all packaging, manuals & parts to qualify for a refund. Please contact us at returns@PetMonger.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) # prior to returning any product. We will not accept any returns without prior return authorization. It is your responsibility to ship the item back to us. If you refuse the package, all incurred shipping charges will be deducted from your refund. Refunds are issued within 3-5 business days after we receive your return. Note: your bank may take an extra 1-3 business days to post your refund.

“I would like something else.”

If you would like to exchange your item(s), please submit a return request within 30 days of placing the order and then place a new order online. Please keep the item(s), original shipping box and packing materials.  Please contact us at returns@PetMonger.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) # prior to returning any product(s). Note: We will not accept any returns without a prior RMA.

 

Please Note: refunds will be credited to the card on which the items were purchased; however, subsequently incurred return shipping fees are at your own expense and with your shipping carrier of choice.
